What is an AI governance review?
A written review of what your AI agents and tools can see, do and send out, with ranked fixes and a 90 day plan. It covers access, data leaving your perimeter, logging and how access is revoked.
Who do you work with?
Engineering, platform and security teams, mostly in banking, insurance and healthcare, and others that hold data they cannot lose. I also work with teams building their first internal AI agents.
How much does it cost?
The first 15 minute call is free. Paid sessions and fixed-scope engagements are quoted in writing before any work starts, so you know the fee and the deliverable up front.
Do you sell software?
I run Sparcle, which builds AI governance software. My advice does not depend on any product, and I tell you in advance whenever a recommendation touches Sparcle.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. I sign an NDA before seeing anything sensitive, and I do not use one client's confidential information for another.

Ongoing advisory
For teams that want a senior sounding board over several months: a monthly retainer with a set number of hours, a standing call and written answers between calls. Terms are agreed per client.
Conflicts: I run Sparcle, which sells AI governance software. I do not take engagements that would put that in conflict with a client, and I say so up front when it could matter.
